One more method is cryosurgery. It is a surgical method that presupposes freezing or burning the freckles and therefore their elimination. The freezing is made with the help of nitrogen. It is suitable for a few of the types of freckles and is not broadly recommended.

Skin bleaching refers to the easiest methods that do not require outside help as it can be done at home. It is done with the skin or face bleaching cream with hydroquinone and kojic acid.

At last, there is intense pulsed light therapy. This method refers to new ones and functions by using intense broadband light that has energy to remove freckles by entering the skin superficial layers. It is absolutely secure and do not require any recovery time at all.

Hence, if you have a freckle problem, consider these methods. In rare cases they are used in a combination. But keep in mind that any treatment requires preliminary consultation and approval of a doctor. And, really, freckles are not a problem any more.
