Biaxin is one of the macrolide antibiotics. It kills infectual bacteria, which in the body by stopping the growth and evolution of bacteria. The main target of Biaxin is to fight different kinds of infections. They are skin infections, infections of the respiratory system and others. You should be careful in using of Biaxin if you have kidney disease, Long QT syndrome, porphyria, liver disease. It can bring harm to unborn child. If you are going to be pregnant or already pregnant you should talk about using of Biaxin with your doctor.
