Aldactone is a diuretic. The main target of it is prevent the organism from overabsorbing of the salt. It’s used if your organism makes to much aldosterone hormone. It’s also useful in such cases as cirrhosis of the liver, nephrotic syndrome, heart problems, hypokalemia. Aaldactone also may be useful in other cases, which are not described here. You should be careful in using it if you have a severe kidney desease, high level of blood potassium and others. You may use this medicine alone or in complex with others drugs. But it’s strongly recommended to not use it with prescription and nonprescription drugs, dietary medicine, herbal drugs, potassium supplement, triamterene, eplerenone, amiloride, corticotropin, prednisone, phenobarbital, enalapril, valsartan, tacrolimus. If you are going to be pregnant or already pregnant you should talk about using of Aldactone with your doctor. You should also ask your doctor if this medicine could be compound with other drugs you are taking. You should have consultancy with your doctor before using Aldactone to prevent negative effects.
